Merchandise Vendors MUST provide Clearview with a valid NYS Sales Tax ID & Department of Consumer Affairs License. Email Clearview a COPY of your Valid DCA License with a COPY of your Valid NYS Sales Tax ID to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, Clearview will approve your online account.
Food Vendors MUST register in person and present their Valid Food Handlers Certificate, NYS Sales Tax ID, and Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit. Once we document your Valid Food Handlers Permit, NYS Sales Tax ID, and Temporary Permit, we will be able to book your Space at the Event of your choice. Once booking is complete, you will receive an Event Permit for the events you have been booked for.
The licensing centers for the DCA are at 42 Broadway, Lobby, in Manhattan, and 90-27 Sutphin Blvd, 4th Floor, in Jamaica, Queens. The hours of operation are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
